HOW WAS YOUR EASTER/PASSOVER/WEEKEND, DEAREST READER?

LOL SO RANDUMB
OH YEAH: And hey, don’t know if I mentioned it here yet, but darling Lucas and I will have a table at Heroes Con June 22-24… I think. I hope those are the right dates. Crap. Anyway, we’ll be pushing Changeling and if things work out, I’ll have a small B+W collection of Ghostbucket comics… in book form. Also some prints and a completely new Punchclock Hero mini.
I hope. Oh fuck.
I read through all of The Hunger Games series the last couple of days and I really, really enjoyed the first book. I was totally engrossed in it and stayed up until 5 reading it Monday morning.
…So I got the next two books in the series aaaand somewhere along the line Katniss went from smart, capable teenager in a bad situation to acting like she’d been bitten by a radioactive Bella Swan because she spent the next two angsting over her feelings for her childhood friend and a fellow contestant as there’s a war brewing.
I’m not averse to romance but gah.
If you are not
Then don’t wear a kilt? Please?
IN OTHER NEWS:
These Guys had some very, very nice things to say about the comic. I want to thank everyone for their support and stuff. I don’t deserve a lot of it, so thank you.
AND HEY! I’ll be at Heroes Con in June in Charlotte, NC! If you’re there, say hi!

Gokaiger ended on Sunday.
And I cried. Over a Japanese children’s show. In my defense, they were manly tears and I was doing great up until the last shots of the past sentai members getting their powers back.
(Oh my god what the hell is wrong with me?)
IN OTHER NEWS: I sent in the paperwork ages ago and I am now waiting to hear if I got into SPX or not. I’m just having one big anxietygasm up in hurr and oh my god.
I spent most of yesterday in a vomiting/diarrhea/fever-induced stupor yesterday thanks to this really kick ass stomach flu I contracted. When you’re in a vomiting/diarrhea/fever-induced stupor, you tend to think about things like this… and I wasn’t even watching Iron Chef at the time.
And sadly, no he wasn’t. He was in two Ultraman films and was also the voice of the villain of the second Pokemon movie. Not that I went and looked all that up or anything.
The other night I somehow ended up watching 9 to 5 with my mom and I couldn’t help but notice how… pointy Dolly Parton’s boobs were. Like, hazardously pointy. And large. And her waist which didn’t look like it could support said large, pointy busoms.
Plus… I don’t think her feet were ever visible.
And then it clicked.
She’s built like a Rob Liefeld drawing.
LIEFEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEELLLLLLLLD!
Seriously, if I were Batman, I’d just hang out on one of Gotham’s seemingly infinite number of gargoyles eating some goddamn fro-yo and every once in a while swooping down to kick a mentally ill person in the face. Hell, I may go do this anyway. Like, right now.
Because this is the manner in which I roll.
